Itinerary
We have carefully planned each day to take you through Tanzania's most remarkable safari destinations. From the gateway of Arusha to the vast plains of the Serengeti and the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, each stage of the journey brings a new wildlife experience.
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where you will be welcomed and transferred to Arusha. Take time to relax at your accommodation and prepare for your safari adventure.

Overnight: Arusha
After breakfast, drive towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy the changing scenery as you travel through the green highlands and local villages towards the crater area.
Depending on your arrival time, enjoy a short activity around Karatu or relax at your accommodation while preparing for the next day’s crater safari.

Overnight: Ngorongoro / Karatu
Start the morning with a game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater. Explore the crater floor in search of lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest and, with some luck, black rhinoceros.
After the crater experience, continue towards the Southern Serengeti and Ndutu area. As you approach the plains, the landscape opens up and wildlife becomes increasingly visible.

Spend a full day exploring the Ndutu plains during the calving season.
This is a special time of year when thousands of wildebeest gather to give birth. Watch mothers care for their young and look out for predators such as lions, cheetahs and hyenas that follow the herds.
Enjoy a full-day game drive with time to observe wildlife, take photographs and experience the remarkable activity of the Southern Serengeti.
Overnight: Ndutu / Southern Serengeti
Enjoy another full day around Ndutu and the Southern Serengeti. Explore different areas of the plains in search of wildebeest, zebra, giraffes, gazelles and the predators that depend on them.
The open landscape provides excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing, especially during the calving season when the area is full of life.
Overnight: Ndutu / Southern Serengeti
After breakfast, begin your journey back towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy a final game drive through the Southern Serengeti before leaving the plains.
Continue through the highlands towards your accommodation in the Ngorongoro or Karatu area, where you can relax and enjoy your final evening.

After breakfast, leave the Ngorongoro area and drive back to Arusha.
